The Grove
Instructress, Jenny Doughty, opened The Grove Physical Culture Club in 1998 and the club will be celebrating 28 years in 2025. In 2015 her daughter Caitlin started teaching. Caitlin has been doing Physie for 20 years and started as a 2 year old. Caitlin is one of our beautiful Seniors and is a fully qualified Early Childhood Educator.
